Brendan has a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Tasmania.
Life before Sparkes
Brendan's experience in the area of workplace relations was enhanced by two separate secondments to the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations, where he worked on the major legislative reforms introduced in 2006 and, more recently, with the Fair Work Act 2009.
