We are delighted to announce that Special Counsels Alexandra Lamont and Beth O’Connor have recently joined our Maritime & Transport team. Both Alex and Beth bring extensive experience advising on all aspects of maritime and transport law.

Alex specialises in disputes related to charterparties, bills of lading, marine insurance and marine casualties. She also provides advice in relation to ship arrests and regulatory issues including pollution, licensing and safety.

Beth advises on maritime and transport disputes, including those involving carriage of goods, cargo claims, marine pollution, property damage and marine insurance coverage. She also provides advice on non-contentious matters.

Alex and Beth assist clients in various sectors including shipowners, charterers, P&I Clubs, transport companies, logistics operators and across all levels of government.
