Quality and consistency through collaboration

Congratulations to Stephanie Barclay from our Specialty Lines team, Ben Gottlieb from our Workplace team and Alexandra Kuczerawy from our Casualty team on their promotion to Partner.

  • Stephanie Barclay is an experienced litigator who practices in professional indemnity and financial lines claims. She is passionate about supporting her professional clients navigate those difficult moments when claims are made against them. Stephanie acts efficiently and takes her clients on the claims journey with her, whilst either defending or settling claims, depending on the merits. Stephanie also provides advice to insurers about indemnity, defence costs management and strategic handling of claims.
  • Ben Gottlieb specialises in employment, industrial relations, safety, regulatory compliance, and general litigation. Ben’s work in these areas sees him involved in a broad range of matters, including employment and industrial disputes, bargaining-related applications, restraint disputes, workplace investigations, safety incidents and prosecutions, safety reviews, coronial inquests, and judicial and merits reviews.
  • Alexandra Kuczerawy is an experienced insurance lawyer with a broad litigation background representing national and international insurers in public liability, property damage, product liability, intentional torts and coverage matters.  Alexandra has considerable litigation experience and has managed complex disputes for retailers, manufacturers, and builders. Alexandra also manages intentional tort claims for schools, religious institutions and not for profit organisations.  Alexandra works closely with clients to ensure that her approach and management of claims aligns with their interests and values.
