  • Matthew Hawker, National Practice Group Leader for NDIA and Partner in our Government team based in Brisbane, has extensive experience appearing as a solicitor-advocate in hearings before the Administrative Review Tribunal (formerly the Administrative Appeals Tribunal), the Federal Circuit and Family Court and the Federal Court of Australia. 
  • Adam Cunynghame, Partner in our Government team based in Melbourne, specialises in administrative law and has in-house government experience. He regularly appears as a solicitor advocate in the Federal Court and Federal Circuit Court in judicial review proceedings and the Administrative Review Tribunal in merits review proceedings.
  • Katherine Whittemore, Partner in our Government team based in Melbourne, is an experienced litigator and advocate with expertise both in administrative and criminal law. She regularly appears in Federal and Victorian Tribunals and Courts for Commonwealth and State government agencies in merits review and judicial review matters and related appeals.
  • Karwan Eskerie, Partner in our Government team based in Sydney, is an experienced litigator and government law specialist, with extensive experience acting for various government clients in a wide range of practice areas, including constitutional, administrative, regulatory and commercial law.
  • Bernadette Rayment, Partner in our Government team based in Sydney, is a litigator and advocate with more than 30 years' experience providing legal advice to the Commonwealth Government. She advises on merits review, judicial review and statutory interpretation, and represents clients before Royal Commissions and inquiries.
  • Natalia Milutinovic, Special Counsel in our Government team based in Adelaide, specialises advising in administrative law and Commonwealth compensation. She regularly appears as solicitor advocate in the Administrative Review Tribunal, Federal Circuit Court and Federal Court in merits review and judicial review proceedings.
