Sparke Helmore Lawyers has appointed Libby Davidson and Maxine Feletti  as new Board members, to work alongside Chair Andrew White in delivery of the firm’s strategy to be a market-leading Australian law firm.

Libby joins the Board as a non-executive director. She is Group General Counsel & External Relations Director at beverages company Lion with over 20 years’ experience across competition law, mergers and acquisitions, Board governance, intellectual property, regulation and policy, communications and sustainability. Before joining Lion, she spent 10 years with PepsiCo and Tricon/Yum Restaurants International, in legal counsel roles supporting the PepsiCo and Tricon/Yum businesses across Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, UK and Europe. 

Maxine has been with the firm since 2016 and works with public and private sector clients on safe workplaces, systems and cultures. She has been acknowledged as a leading government practice and insurance lawyer in the AFR’s Best Lawyers in Australia and leads our State Compensation team in Canberra.
