We manage insurance claims, carrier's liability claims and air accident litigation.  We defend claims for owners and operators of all sizes, not only for commercial airlines but also for smaller operations.  From charter flight providers, to repairers and flight training organisations as well.  We help resolve coverage issues;  hull loss, passenger and third party liabilities, hangar keeper's liabilities, aviation product liability, ground handling and subrogated recovery actions. 

When accidents do happen, we defend prosecutions in the federal tribunals and courts and represent clients in coronial inquests and commissions of inquiry.  We often work with the ATSB, Air Services Australia and state policy including advising on death, injury and property claims.    Aviation clients ask for our advice in corporate governance, employment and operational activity, certification and regulatory requirements.  We have advised operators and pilots on licensing and regulatory issues, aircraft acquisition and leasing, security and registration requirements, and supplier distribution agreements.
