Aimee is a commercially-minded lawyer who is dedicated to achieving exceptional results for her clients and their insureds. She mainly advises on personal injury and property damage claims for domestic and international insurers, and assists respondents who are under investigation by AHPRA.
Aimee has appeared in the Magistrates, District and Supreme Courts of WA.
Aimee advises insurers and their insureds covering a range of sectors, including mining, national and local retail, construction, small business and medical practitioners.
Aimee is also a member of our Pro Bono team and recently participated in her second Indigenous Wills Clinic.
Aimee works with Australian and international insurers, brokers, underwriters and their clients.
Aimee has a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Law and History, a Graduate Diploma in Law and a Legal Practice Certificate from the University of the West of England, Bristol in the United Kingdom. She is undertaking further legal studies at Curtin University in Perth.
Aimee qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2009, and practised in commercial litigation (working for SMEs and national companies in the UK) before moving to Perth in 2015.
Aimee has two young daughters who take up most of her time outside of the office. She enjoys making the most of the sunshine by spending time outdoors—camping, hiking and four-wheel driving through remote areas of WA.
