Aimee is an experienced litigator who is dedicated to achieving exceptional results for her clients and their insureds.
From our Perth office, Aimee specialises in liability matters, mainly focussing on personal injury, property damage, aviation and construction disputes. She has assisted in achieving successful settlements at various stages of proceedings and has experience in running liability matters to trial. Aimee has appeared in the Magistrates, District and Supreme Courts of WA.
Aimee is also a member of our pro-bono team, organising and running indigenous wills clinics in rural WA.
Aimee works with Australian and international insurers, brokers, underwriters and their clients. Focussed on providing an excellent client experience, she has advised businesses from a variety of sectors, including mining companies, retailers, contractors and medical practitioners.
Admitted as a solicitor of England and Wales in 2009, Aimee has a BA (Hons) in Law and History, a Graduate Diploma in Law and a Legal Practice Certificate from the University of the West of England, Bristol in the United Kingdom. She has recently completed further studies at Curtin University in Perth and is now admitted to practise as a lawyer in Australia.
Aimee practised in commercial litigation (working for SMEs and national companies in the UK) before moving to Perth in 2015.
Aimee has two young daughters who take up most of her time outside of the office. She enjoys making the most of the sunshine by spending time outdoors—camping, hiking and four-wheel driving through remote areas of WA.
