We are pleased to announce that Alice Davis has joined our Statutory Lines Insurance team as a Partner, effective 21 July 2026.

An experienced workers’ compensation practitioner, Alice has acted for employees, employers and insurers throughout her career.  She is an expert in alternative dispute resolution and regularly represents respondents in the Personal Injury Commission in both statutory benefits disputes and in common law damages claims. 

Alice’s experience extends to complex litigation across both New South Wales and Federal jurisdictions. She regularly appears before the District Court, Supreme Court of New South Wales, Personal Injury Commission and the Administrative Review Tribunal (previously the Administrative Appeals Tribunal).

Recognised for her expertise in defendant workers’ compensation law, Alice has been named as a Leading Lawyer in Doyle’s for the past five years, from 2021 to 2025 inclusive.

Alice joins us from Gair Legal and will be based in our Newcastle office.
