His aviation law practice includes acting in respect of personal injury and property damage, cargo damage and recovery claims.
Dino advises and acts for domestic and international insurers and their insureds.
With respect to insureds, Dino primarily acts for company directors as well as a variety of professionals—with a particular focus on lawyers, insurance brokers, financial planners, building professionals and real estate agents.
Dino also acts for private (uninsured) litigants in respect of commercial disputes, and commercial and government clients on front end insurance advisory issues.
His aviation law practice includes acting for airports as well as airlines and ground handlers on instructions from their insurers.
Dino holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Law from Sydney University. He was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2002.
