Sparke Helmore is proud to announce that Brendan Charles, Partner has been appointed as Employment Service Line Leader as former Leader Roland Hassall steps into role as Chair of Sparke Helmore.

Brendan is an experienced practitioner and has been with the firm for over 10 years. He specialises in employment and workplace relations and acts for both private and public sector clients across several industries. He is an experienced litigator who has represented clients in the Fair Work Commission, the Federal Court and the Federal Circuit and Family Court.

Brendan said “Roland leaves behind a huge legacy in the role of service line leader that I will work very hard to continue. I am very excited about taking up the role and look forward to continuing to build our national employment practice.”
