Board

The partnership appoints the Board, which is responsible for the overall strategy and direction of the firm. Its responsibilities include:

• setting the strategic direction of the partnership and the business, such as identifying target markets and clients, and securing competitive advantage in a way that is consistent with our values
• ensuring accountability of the National Managing Partner and overseeing the performance of the National Practice Group Leaders in consultation with the National Managing Partner
• determining the number, structure and designation of National Practice Groups, and acting as guardian of partnership interests generally.
