Kristina is the National Service Line Leader for the Commonwealth Statutory Classes team. She is one of the most experienced lawyers in this jurisdiction and is a member of the Law Council of Australia's Commonwealth Compensation and Employment Law Committee.
What she does
Kristina has advised on complex Commonwealth statutory classes of insurance issues that have involved sensitive political and key policy issues. She has represented clients in a number of the significant reported decisions in this area.

Kristina acts for claims managers, self-insurers, employers, government agencies and companies.
Qualifications
Kristina has a Bachelor of Laws and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. She is a member of the Law Council of Australia's Commonwealth Compensation and Employment Law Committee.
Life before Sparkes
Before joining Sparke Helmore in 1998, Kristina worked as lawyer in Adelaide from 1991 where she focused on Commonwealth statutory classes of insurance matters.
Life outside of Sparkes
Kristina is a happy parent of two teenagers and has two dogs.
