Sparke Helmore launches Corporate & Commercial Technology offering, welcoming two new partners

We are pleased to announce that Hamish Fraser and Jason Kwan have joined Sparke Helmore as partners, to lead the firm’s Technology practice in the Corporate & Commercial team.

Hamish is an accomplished senior lawyer with more than 30 years’ experience advising clients on commercial issues and regulatory matters across the information technology and communication industries.  He also advises clients in the rapidly changing privacy and cyber risk environment as well as on the issues associated with the digital business model, software, cloud, distribution, confidentiality, e-commerce, security, IT procurement and outsourcing.

Jason is a senior lawyer with extensive experience advising clients in the information technology space, specialising in information technology procurement, data, privacy, digital infrastructure, telecommunications and information security related issues.

Hamish joins us from Bird & Bird and is based in our Sydney office while Jason joins us from King & Wood Mallesons and is based out of Melbourne.
