Members of our South Australian Workers Compensation team recognised in Doyle's Guide

Michael Dwyer – Preeminent
Michael specialises in statutory litigation in both the state and Commonwealth jurisdictions. He acts for employers and insurers in statutory litigation matters and provides strategic advice on minimising claims liability. He runs litigation in the AAT and Federal Court, as well as the South Australian Workers Compensation Tribunal and the District and Supreme Courts.
Domenic Nocera – Leading
Domenic specialises in state workers’ compensation matters, and more generally injury-based compensation claims. He has extensive experience appearing in the SA Employment Tribunal. He also practises in our Commercial Insurance team.
Domenic provides advice at all levels of claims management. He offers training, up-skilling and consultancy services to assist in the front-end claims management process and to minimise risk, right through to providing representation during review and court proceedings.
Ellie Moran – Leading
Ellie advises on state workers' compensation, Commonwealth compensation and social security matters. She manages matters from their inception to contested hearings in the South Australian Employment Tribunal and the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.
She advises and represents insurers and government departments on matters concerning state and Commonwealth workers' compensation, and social security.
In addition, Sparke Helmore was recognised as a Second Tier Leading Workers Compensation Law Firm (Defendant) – South Australia.
