We are pleased to announce that Partners, Bernadette Rayment, Karwan Eskerie and Katherine Whittemore have been recognised as leading Administrative & Public Lawyers in Doyle’s Guide 2023.

Bernadette Rayment, Partner in our Government team and based in Sydney, is a litigator and advocate with more than 30 years' experience providing legal advice to the Commonwealth Government. She advises on merits review, judicial review and statutory interpretation, and represents clients before Royal Commissions and inquiries.

Karwan Eskerie, Partner in our Government team and based in Sydney, is an experienced litigator and government law specialist, with extensive experience acting for various government clients in a wide range of practice areas, including constitutional, administrative, regulatory and commercial law.

Katherine Whittemore, Partner in our Government team and based in Melbourne, is an experienced litigator and advocate with expertise both in administrative and criminal law. She regularly appears in Federal and Victorian Tribunals and Courts for Commonwealth and State government agencies in merits review and judicial review matters and related appeals.
