Our expertise in foreign investment law and regulation is favoured by foreign investors looking to acquire an interest in Australian businesses.  We help navigate the complex Australian foreign investment regime, which includes seeking FIRB approval if necessary.

We know growth, structure and transparency. We’re often called upon to help with board structures and committees, compliance with the listing rules and continuous disclosure, regulator and internal investigations, share trading policies, investor relations, constituent documents and shareholder agreements. We take time to explain directors' and officers' duties, including indemnities and insurance, disclosure of interests, conflicts of interest, related party transactions, as well as remuneration and employee incentives.
