Alice joined the Projects & Government Commercial team as a partner in April 2024. Alice specialises in construction contracts and procurement with a government focused client base. Alice loves what she does and thrives on making her client’s life easier by providing seamless advice and support. Her practical approach is bolstered by her expertise in construction and contracts as well as statutory policies and frameworks. Alice is an excellent public speaker and regularly conducts training and presentations for clients.
What she does
Alice provides her clients with whole of project support from strategic advice on structuring and project delivery, drafting and advising on tender documents and contracts, tender and procurement support, tender evaluation and negotiations, and finalisation of contracts through to support during contract administration.
Alice has worked on major infrastructure projects using different delivery methodology including managing contractor, design and construct, construct only, Public Private Partnerships and integrated project delivery.
Who she works with
Alice has a strong focus on government clients and has experience working with the private sector.
Qualifications
A Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) from the University of Sydney and a Masters of Construction Law from the University of Melbourne.

Prior to joining Sparke Helmore, Alice was a partner with Norton Rose Fulbright.
Life outside of Sparkes
Outside of work, Alice loves baking, yoga, playing piano and spending time with family and friends. She also has an increasingly unmanageable collection of Lego Modulars and Botanicals.
