Adam is an experienced commercial, technology and privacy lawyer.
What he does
Adam advises clients on a broad range of commercial arrangements, including procurement, outsourcing, technology services and products, and professional services. His work involves advising on the full suite of contractual documentation for projects (such as pricing, service levels, and service descriptions), contract management, regulatory and policy compliance (including privacy), cross border and supply chain issues. He also has experience in advising on joint venture and shareholder arrangements, alliances, and assisting clients with management of data breaches.

Adam works with government agencies and professional services and technology providers.
Qualifications
Adam has a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Master of Laws from the University of Sydney, and a Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology) from Western Sydney University.
Life before Sparkes
Adam began his legal career at Gilbert + Tobin in their Banking and Finance team. He then moved in-house, working in the Office of General Counsel at PwC Australia for over 12 years.
Life outside of Sparkes
Adam enjoys daily workouts at his local Crossfit gym, watching musical theatre with his wife, and hanging out with his two children. He also enjoys all things board games and dystopian fiction. He follows the Denver Broncos in the NFL.
