The Evolving Workplace - Dreamworld incident - an insider's perspective

In this episode Jackson Inglis is joined by Barrister Craig Eberhardt to discuss an incident that occurred on 25 October 2016 at Dreamworld, where four patrons were sadly killed as a result of a malfunction on the Thunder River Rapids Ride. Craig, who represented a witness at the Coronial Inquest in 2018, offers his unique perspective on the matter, including his views on the evidence from the Inquest, the prosecution of Ardent Leisure (owner of Dreamworld) by the Office of the Work Health and Safety Prosecutor, as well as some lessons learned from this tragic accident.
