SRC Act—Statutory benefit rates and calculator for FY19/20

As we kick-off the new financial year, it is timely to provide you with an updated list of the statutory rates under the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 (Cth) (SRC Act), which came into effect on 1 July 2019.
We have also updated our permanent impairment and non-economic loss calculator (Excel file) for the 2019/2020 financial year, which will help you to calculate entitlements under s 24 and s 27 of the SRC Act.
