Merryn has worked for many years across brand, marketing and communications. She spent 18 years based in London working for various legal and accounting firms, before returning to Australia in 2008 to continue her career in professional services.

Our Sydney office has recently welcomed Special Counsel, Adam Payne to our Projects and Government Commercial team.

Adam is an experienced commercial, technology and privacy lawyer. He brings extensive expertise in advising clients on various commercial arrangements including procurement, outsourcing, technology services and products and professional services, and advising on cyber and privacy issues including the management of data breaches. His work includes providing guidance on contract management, regulatory compliance, cross-border and supply chain issues. Additionally, he offers counsel on joint venture and shareholder arrangements and alliances.
