Sparke Helmore recognised once again as an Employer of Choice for Gender Equality
30-July-2024Sparke Helmore has once again achieved the Employer of Choice for Gender Equality citation awarded by the Workplace Gender Equality Agency.
The citation is a voluntary leading practice recognition program, which is designed to encourage, recognise and promote active commitment to achieving gender equality in Australian workplaces through the constant review and improvement of our policies, practices and initiatives.
Sparke Helmore is one of 115 employers to receive the citation following a two-year rigorous program designed to encourage, recognise and promote an employer’s active commitment to achieving gender equality in Australian workplaces. The citation measures and holds us accountable against the following criteria:
- Leadership
- Learning and development
- Gender remuneration gaps
- Flexible working
- Support for family responsibilities
- Employee consultation
- Preventing sex-based harassment and discrimination
- Targets for improving gender equality outcomes
