What she does
Naomi assists clients to understand their statutory obligations and to solve legal problems arising in the local government, planning or environment fields. She aims to ensure legislative requirements and clients' objectives are met and that their rights are protected when providing advice, negotiating planning agreements or acting in planning appeals or pollution investigations and prosecutions.

Qualifications
Naomi has a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degree. She is also an Accredited Specialist in Local Government and Planning Law.
Life before Sparkes
Before joining Sparke Helmore, Naomi was a consultant in mining and exploration law within Australia and before this worked as a paralegal in a law firm in Singapore.
Life outside of Sparkes
Naomi loves spending family time at soccer, swimming and dance lessons, bushwalking or just down at the park. She and her family also spend some of their spare time doing volunteer environmental conservation work. When her children are older, Naomi would like revisit favourite spots and travel to new ones.
