Sparke Helmore advised Wingate on the $52 million acquisition of the ‘Quay West Car Park’ leasehold from Mirvac.

The car park comprises eight levels, and is located below a mixed use residential, office and retail building situated at 109-111 Harrington Street at The Rocks, Sydney.

The team advising on the acquisition was led by Partner Theo Casimatis, with Senior Associate Samantha Galeano and assisted by Associate Jeanette Zhang, all part of Sparke Helmore’s Property and Development group.
