Quality and consistency through collaboration

Coming off the back of a win for Insurance Specialist Firm of the Year at the Australasian Lawyer Awards, the Commercial Insurance team has taken home the Lawyers Weekly Insurance Team of the Year at the Lawyers Weekly Law Awards. 

Held on Friday night, the winners were announced at a star-studded event at Randwick Racecourse.  We were up against some tough competition in the category but our submission had the winning formula and Commercial Insurance Partner, Kiley Hodges, took to the stage to accept the award for Insurance Team of the Year.   Roland Hassall, Sparke Helmore’s Chair, was happy to share the photo opportunity with Kiley to celebrate the win!

Congratulations to all our other finalists on the night—Government Team of the Year, Pro Bono Program of the Year and Sarah Richards as Special Counsel of the Year.  They may not have come away with the gong on the night but, they are still winners in our eyes!

Two wins out of two in 2022—what an outstanding year for the Commercial Insurance team! Congratulations!
