The Lawyers Weekly Partner of the Year Awards have been announced and Jehan Mata has made the shortlist! Jehan has been recognised as a finalist for Insurance Partner of the Year.

Jehan is a specialist insurance litigator with more than 15 years’ experience advising global and domestic insurers, underwriters and brokers on general insurance risks, professional indemnity, health law, occupiers’ liability, public liability claims and general coverage issues.

Jehan also leads Sparke Helmore’s Cyber Insurance Practice. She specialises in responses to breaches, providing coverage and regulatory framework advice and advising insurers and insureds assistance pre and post a cyber event.

The awards ceremony showcases the talent of individuals who have demonstrated leadership, technical expertise, and business development skills while mentoring new entrants in the legal profession.

Winners will be announced at a black-tie gala ceremony on Thursday 20 June 2024, at The Star in Sydney.
