Quality and consistency through collaboration

We are delighted to share that Gillian Davidson, our liability team leader and Chair of the Sparke Helmore’s Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Council, is among a select group of female leaders named in the 2021 Business Insurance (IB) Elite Women in Insurance list.

While the insurance sector is making significant progress in improving gender representation, there is still a push for greater gender diversity and equality in workplaces across the nation. The IB’s Elite Women in Insurance list celebrates the women who are not just going above and beyond for their clients and organisations, but are helping to improve gender diversity and inclusiveness in the workplace and shaping Australia’s insurance industry.

In learning of this news Gillian says, “It’s an honour to receive this recognition. I’m grateful for the work of Insurance Business for calling out elite women in the insurance industry and I am humbled to be included amongst such an exceptional group of women.”

Gillian’s leadership in D&I also recently earned her the highly commended recognition in the Diversity & Inclusion category in the 2021 Chambers Asia Pacific Awards.
