Bernadette Rayment – Bernadette has extensive knowledge of the Commonwealth's operating environment—including the requirements of the Legal Services Directions—and expertise advising the Commonwealth on case strategy which takes into account the broader policy objectives of government. Bernadette regularly works in close co-operation with Courts and the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) to implement case management initiatives that streamline practices and minimise costs.
Karwan Eskerie – Karwan advises Commonwealth agencies on complex statutory interpretation issues, administrative decision-making, legislative processes, reviews and regulatory action. He also manages complex litigation and appears as advocate.
