Heather advises clients on matters involving workers' compensation, public liability, product liability and fatal incidents.
Heather represents insurers and insureds in workers' compensation and personal injury cases before the Magistrates, District and Supreme Courts, and at the Conciliation and Arbitration Service.

Heather holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws from the University of Western Australia.
Heather joined Jarman McKenna in 2011 as a senior associate and was promoted to special counsel in 2015. Before this, she worked at several boutique insurance law firms in Perth and at the Treasury Solicitor's Office in London.
Heather joined Sparke Helmore when Jarman McKenna merged with the firm in March 2017.
Heather is a first soprano and enjoys singing with an a capella choir. She has recently set herself a musical challenge—to learn to play the guitar.
Heather is also studying a Graduate Certificate in Ancient History through Macquarie University.
