What he does
Andrew provides astute and timely advice particularly in the property development and off-the-plan projects space. He is skilled in assisting clients with the management of their property portfolios including sales, acquisitions, leasing, subdivisions, strata law, commercial and industrial developments, staged developments and conveyancing and contracts.
Who he works with
Andrew works with property developers, working on significant projects in Newcastle and the Hunter. He also assists institutional and private clients across a range of property transactions.
Qualifications
Andrew has a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws degree.
Life before Sparkes
Before re-joining Sparke Helmore in 2020, Andrew was a partner in a Newcastle firm and most recently jointly ran his own successful property and commercial law firm in Newcastle.
Life outside of Sparkes
Andrew enjoys spending time with family and friends, particularly when good food, good wine and good craft beer is involved.
