Vienna is an intellectual property lawyer with a focus on intellectual property advice, management, prosecution and enforcement.
Vienna’s experience includes intellectual property dispute advice and strategy; preparation and review of IP agreements (including licensing and co-existence agreements); brand clearance advice; trade mark filing, prosecution and enforcement, and design filing and advice. She has also acted in administrative opposition proceedings before IP Australia, and proceedings before the Federal Court of Australia.
Vienna works with a range of Australian and international clients, including SMEs, publicly listed companies, and city councils.
Vienna holds a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration (Economics and Commercial Law) from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Vienna worked as a Trade Mark Examiner at the Intellectual Property Office of New Zealand where she gained a valuable insight into the trade mark filing, examination and prosecution process.
Vienna is an avid sewist, and collector of fabrics. When she isn’t working on a sewing project, she can be found swimming at the beach, running or op shopping.
