Teegan is a dedicated insurance litigator with extensive experience in personal injury law. She commenced her career as a paralegal in personal injury in 2019 before joining Sparke Helmore as a Law Graduate in 2021. Since then, she has developed strong expertise in compulsory third party (CTP) insurance, personal injury litigation and statutory lines insurance.
What she does
Teegan regularly represents insurers in the Personal Injury Commission and brings a practical, commercial approach to the management and resolution of claims. She also acts for Commonwealth government agencies in administrative review matters, advocating on their behalf in the Administrative Review Tribunal. Teegan is committed to achieving efficient and effective outcomes for her clients, while remaining mindful of the significant impact that injury and litigation can have on the individuals involved.

Throughout her career, Teegan has worked with major NSW and interstate insurers, claims management practitioners and Commonwealth government agencies.
Qualifications
Teegan holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts (International Studies) from the University of Wollongong and a Graduate Diploma in Practical Legal Training.
Life before Sparkes
Before joining Sparke Helmore, Teegan worked as a paralegal at a personal injury law firm while studying at the University of Wollongong.
Life outside of Sparkes
Teegan is passionate about an active lifestyle, whether she is out for a run, exploring the outdoors or taking on a new fitness challenge. She also treasures time spent with family and friends and absolutely adores her dachshund. Teegan enjoys making the most of her weekends, staying active and creating memories with the people who matter most to her.
