Tasha is an experienced construction lawyer with over 9 years’ experience in both front and back-end construction and infrastructure matters. She is recognised for her in-depth knowledge and experience in construction law, utilising her extensive experience to provide her clients with comprehensive advice. Tasha is also known for her practical and solution-oriented approach, which clients appreciate for its clarity and results-driven focus.

Tasha works with public and private sector clients on a range of projects, including industrial, residential, commercial, mixed use and infrastructure development.
Qualifications
Tasha has a Bachelors in Law from the University of New England. She is also an Accredited Specialist in Commercial Litigation (Building & Construction).
Life before Sparkes
Before joining Sparkes, Tasha was a Senior Associate at a boutique commercial law firm based in Newcastle, NSW. Tasha has also previously worked at a mid-tier firm in Sydney.
Life outside of Sparkes
Outside of work, Tasha enjoys spending time with her two young children, drinking too many long blacks and enjoying a nice glass of red wine.
