Sidney Landis

What he does

Sidney specialises in preparing, reviewing, and negotiating agreements for lease, commercial and retail leases, commercial and rural licence agreements, as well as general transactional property matters. Sidney has managed and assisted large commercial clients with their leasing portfolio, including providing regular reports.

Sidney also has experience in estate planning and estate administration, and regularly assists clients with the preparation of wills, enduring powers of attorney and appointment of enduring guardian documents, applications for probate, letters of administration and the administration of estates.

Sidney aims to take a pragmatic, personable and commercial approach to his work and enjoys meeting with clients.

Qualifications

Sidney has a Bachelor of Arts from LaTrobe University in Melbourne and Juris Doctor and Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Newcastle.

Sidney joined Sparke Helmore as a graduate lawyer in 2017 and has progressed within the firm since.

Life outside of Sparkes

Outside of work, Sidney usually spends his time catching up with friends, learning about and playing with new technology, playing tennis, and, when the weather allows, cycling.
