Samantha specialises in negotiating and advising on construction and infrastructure projects in the commercial, retail, large scale infrastructure and retirement living/aged care sectors.
What she does
Samantha assists her clients draft and negotiate construction and infrastructure contracts as well as procurement arrangements.
Who she works with
Samantha works with public and private sector clients on a range of projects, including industrial, residential, commercial, mixed use and infrastructure development.
Qualifications
Samantha has Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Science and Diploma of Legal Practice from the University of Newcastle. She is currently undertaking a Masters in Construction Law at the University of Melbourne.
Life before Sparkes
Samantha joined Sparke Helmore as a law clerk in 2013 and has progressed to her current position in the Corporate and Commercial Group.
Life outside of Sparkes
Outside of work Samantha enjoys wine, spending time with her dog, excessive coffee consumption and snowboarding (not necessarily in that order).
