Samantha Galeano

What she does

Samantha has experience in acquisitions and disposal of various asset types. Her skills include drafting development documents such as joint venture agreements and project delivery contracts, drafting title documentation, including strata management statement, easements and by laws . She also excels in overseeing and representing development projects,  including strata/stratum, commercial, mixed-use and staged developments.

Who she works with

Samantha works with property developers, government departments, private and listed companies as well as high net worth individuals.

Qualifications

Samantha has a Bachelor or Law / Environmental Management from Macquarie University. 

Life before Sparkes

Samantha joined Sparke Helmore as a junior lawyer in September 2018. Before joining Sparke Helmore, she worked in a small Sydney based general practice firm practising family, criminal and property law.

Life outside of Sparkes

Outside of work Samantha likes trying new restaurants and keeping active outdoors, in particular she enjoys coastal walks, cannoning and evening runs. Additionally, Samantha is a keen Formula 1 fan and watches every race live irrespective of what time of the night they start.
