Sally Gooch

Sally works with insurers and their clients to defend and resolve personal injury, property damage and professional indemnity claims across a range of jurisdictions. These are often multi-party, complex claims requiring comprehensive liability and quantum advice to clients, including settlement prospects and recommendations.  

Sally works with a variety of Australian and overseas insurers, brokers and insureds across diverse industries.

Sally has a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from Charles Darwin University, a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Adelaide University and a Bachelor of Social Work from Curtin University.

Sally has enjoyed a variety of challenging roles prior to joining Sparkes, including hospital Social Work, managing a private pain management centre in Perth, and working in employment and recruitment.  

Sally enjoys any time she can with family and friends. She is mum to four mostly grown children and Finn the retriever. Vacuuming (especially in retriever shedding season) is a particular skill. She loves the summer (La Nina free), the hotter the better.
