Monica provides considered, practical advice on Commonwealth compensation, administrative law and litigation matters. She regularly assists clients through alternative dispute resolution processes and represents them in proceedings before the Administrative Review Tribunal.
Monica has also completed secondments with Commonwealth Government clients.

Qualifications
Monica holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Forensic Studies from the University of Canberra.
Life before Sparkes
Monica joined Sparke Helmore as a paralegal in 2020 while completing her studies. During this time, she gained valuable experience supporting legal teams across a range of matters before progressing her legal career with the firm.
Life outside of Sparkes
Outside of work, Monica enjoys spending time with her young family. She also enjoys reading, travelling and eating good food.
