Matthieu is a construction lawyer with experience acting for principals, contractors and subcontractors in contentious and non-contentious matters.

Matthieu advises clients involved in infrastructure projects, building developments and the procurement of major plant and equipment.

Matthieu works with mining companies, state-owned corporations, government agencies, developers and major building and engineering contractors.

Matthieu has a Bachelor of Arts from Swinburne University and a Juris Doctor from Monash University.

Matthieu joined Sparke Helmore as a law graduate with the Construction, Projects and Infrastructure team in Sparke Helmore’s Newcastle office.

Matthieu enjoys his free time outdoors: skiing, surfing and rock climbing.
