Life outside of Sparkes
Outside of work, Mathew enjoys playing and following soccer and spending time exploring Sydney’s food and social scene. He values strong relationships with friends and family and enjoys travelling when he has the opportunity. Being of Greek heritage, Mathew has naturally accepted some of the following traits as his own: catering gatherings to comfortably feed more than the number of people invited, taking part in some louder than necessary discussions to debate absolutely anything as though it’s a parliamentary issue and dancing an evening away (maybe even over a broken plate or two).
