Jennifer is an experienced and capable solicitor, specialising in environment and planning law.
What she does
Jennifer acts for a broad range of clients in many litigious matters in the Land and Environment, Supreme and Federal Courts. She has particular expertise in Class 1 merit appeals, judicial review proceedings, building and property disputes and advising clients in relation to planning and environment issues.
Qualifications
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Leeds in the UK and completed her Legal Practice Course at BPP University Law School, also in Leeds. She subsequently completed the required subjects through the Legal Profession Admission Board at the University of Sydney and the College of Law before being admitted as a solicitor in NSW in 2013.
Life before Sparkes
Before joining the firm, Jennifer gained extensive experience at other well-respected law firms in Sydney, acting for local councils, private clients and developers in various matters.
Life outside of Sparkes
Outside of work, Jennifer can usually be found running around after her two busy young children. Otherwise, she loves to read (and write) in any stolen moments she can find.
