Emily joined the Corporate & Commercial team as a Senior Associate in July 2023. Emily is an experienced commercial litigator specialising in general commercial and contract disputes and estate litigation. She is based in Brisbane.

Emily has experience in a range of commercial disputes including general commercial and contract disputes, franchising disputes, estate law matters, coronial inquest, insolvency, defamation actions, and large commercial investigations.

Emily works with medium to large family business, high net worth individuals, ASX listed companies and SMEs.
Qualifications
A Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Griffith University; Bachelor of Business majoring in Marketing and Human Resources from Griffith University

Prior to joining Sparke Helmore, Emily was a Senior Associate at Holding Redlich as well as a number of other well know law firms including MinterEllison.
Life outside of Sparkes
Outside work, Emily likes to spend time with her family and friends. Emily also enjoys getting out on the court and having a hit of tennis when she can.
