Ebony is an experienced insurance litigator with expertise in public liability and dust diseases litigation. She has experience representing clients in most Australian jurisdictions.
What she does
Ebony acts for clients in claims involving dust diseases and advises on matters that often involve complex medical and legal issues. She also assists clients with claims for contribution and the defence of public liability matters. Ebony regularly appears on behalf of clients in the District and Supreme Courts of NSW as well as the Dust Diseases Tribunal of NSW.

Ebony acts for self-insured entities, insurers, government departments and corporations.
Qualifications
Ebony has a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Social Science (majoring in Criminology) from Western Sydney University (formerly University of Western Sydney).
Life before Sparkes
While completing her university studies, Ebony worked as a paralegal at a small general practice and gained experience across a range of legal matters. Before joining Sparke Helmore in 2015, she practised as a solicitor at a plaintiff personal injury firm.
Life outside of Sparkes
On weekends, Ebony can often be found catching up with friends and spending time with family. She enjoys keeping busy and active, and has an endless list of activities and adventures that she is keen to tick off.
