Carlo provides practical solutions to difficult and often complex issues. His experience includes providing advice about the exercise of government powers and the conduct of investigations and conducting litigation in Courts and Tribunals with civil or criminal enforcement matters or merit review matters.
Who he works with
Carlo works primarily with local government and state government clients but also assists private sector clients.
Qualifications
Carlo holds a Master of Laws degree with Sydney University, a graduate diploma in Environmental Laws and a Diploma of Law.
Life before Sparkes
Carlo worked at the National Parks and Wildlife Service as an in-house lawyer, followed by 12 years with Sparke Helmore. Carlo then ventured off to a boutique planning and local government firm in Sydney where he held the position of Partner for nine years.
Life outside of Sparkes
A keen traveller, Carlo also has a love of motor bikes, bushwalking and downhill skiing. Otherwise on the weekend you will see him at the local Sydney AFL or netball volunteering his time and supporting the local community.
