Life before Sparkes
Andrew started his legal career with the Commonwealth Government, before joining national law firm Blake Dawson as a senior associate. In this role, he specialised in corporate and government law, until he was appointed as the firm's national Risk Management Counsel. Most recently Andrew was a special counsel and Head of Group Legal Operations, Asia Pacific with global law firm, Ashurst.
Life outside of Sparkes
Andrew likes to keep fit and active—in part because it allows him to indulge in great food and wine (preferably with good friends). He'd like to spend more time scuba diving or skiing, but instead spends far too much time as a human slave to the family dog (as other dog owners will be able to empathise).
