Alinta has experience in acquisitions and disposal of all types of assets—drafting development documentation, including joint ventures and project delivery agreements, drafting title documentation, including strata management statement, easements and by laws and general, representation and management of development projects, including strata/stratum, commercial, mixed-use and staged developments.

Alinta works with property developers, government departments, private and listed companies as well as high net worth individuals.
Qualifications
Alinta was awarded a Commonwealth Academic Scholarship and graduated from Macquarie University in 2009 with distinction obtaining a Bachelor of Laws with a Bachelor of Arts.

Alinta has eight years' experience as a commercial property lawyer from various firms. Before joining Sparke Helmore, she worked at CBP Lawyers.
Life outside of Sparkes
Alinta is a keen rugby league fan and loyal supporter of the Sydney Roosters. She enjoys all forms of dance being a ballet dancer in her youth—and regularly attends dance classes for fun and fitness.
