We have professionals working across business development and marketing, finance, human resources, knowledge management, information technology, office services, and risk and compliance who support our lawyers to deliver excellence in legal advice and best practice in client service. Many support our clients directly, including through strategic account relationship management, knowledge management and technical support for client intranets and other technology requirements.

Finance
The Finance team helps the firm meet its financial and reporting obligations, and manage a range of client-specific requirements.
People & Culture and Talent Acquisition
The People and Culture team enables the firm to be most admired by its clients for its people and performance by attracting, developing and retaining the best talent in the market.
Information Technology
The IT team keeps all of our systems running reliably and securely within and between our offices, helps our people in using the firm's technology including resolving any issues and enquiries, and helps support and improve the way we work internally and with our clients.
Knowledge Management
The Knowledge Management team helps everyone work smarter, not harder. The team helps the firm proactively and properly use, share and manage information and knowledge
Office Services
The Office Services team provides a range of services including premises, facilities, reception and corporate services.
Internal Legal & Risk
The Internal Legal & Risk team helps the firm to implement and maintain the firm's risk management framework and compliance program, and facilitates effective management of all types of risk faced by the firm.
Legal support
This team is made up of secretaries, word processing operators as well as centralised support services and are an integral part of our legal teams. They support the lawyers to focus on their clients' needs.
