Sam has extensive experience advising clients on work health and safety (WHS) and employment matters. He is a litigator who acts for a wide range of clients in most Victorian and federal jurisdictions. From 1 July, you should be aware of changes to a number of areas including superannuation, the national minimum wage, modern award minimum rates, paid parental leave scheme and the aged care sector.
