Dive In is a global movement in the insurance sector to support the development of inclusive workplace cultures. Its mission is to enable people to achieve their potential by raising awareness of the business case and promoting positive action for diversity in all its forms.

Dive In 2023 runs from 26 to 28 September with a theme of #UnlockingInnovation, aimed at opening up the conversation on and aims to open up the conversation on the power of inclusion and how to move the industry forward and drive innovation that will solve some of the world’s biggest challenges. 

Sparke Helmore will once again be part of Dive in, partnering with Zurich to present a session about Women in STEM focused on what we can learn from the different pathways women have travelled to progress a career in STEM, what role do organisations have to play in supporting the advance of women in STEM and what leadership is needed to support the grassroots and communicated efforts to provide equitable access to STEM education and careers.
