Thea Price and a team of four join Sparke Helmore's Workplace team in Brisbane
14-November-2024We are pleased to announce that Thea Price has joined our Workplace team as a Partner, effective 11 November.
Thea has extensive experience advising on all aspects of employment law and workplace relations, including unfair dismissals, general protections, genuine redundancies, managing ill and injured workers, discrimination, enterprise agreements, contracts of employment, contractor engagements, restraint of trade, and industrial instrument compliance.
Additionally, she regularly undertakes complex workplace investigations, including bullying, discrimination, sexual harassment, child protection, and whistle blower matters.
Thea assists clients in various sectors including education, retail, transport, construction, mining, electrical, manufacturing, health, farming, and agriculture, and across government-owned entities and local government.
